Bcat Threads is happy to offer a refund or store credit for any regular priced clothing, jewerly or accessories. The items must be returned to Bcat within 14 days of the date it was shipped from our store.

Return of Regular Priced Items
All regular priced items must be shipped to the store within 14 days of the original shipping date when it first left our store for a full refund. It must include the authorization number inside the package as well as on the outside. It must be returned in the condition it was received: all tags must be attached and it must not have been worm, damaged, or washed. It must be in condition to be re-sold. If the item(s) are returned after the 14 days, you will receive a store credit, which will be applied to your account, if and only if, it is returned to our store within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Return of Discounted Items
Any item(s) that were purchased discounted can only be returned for store credit, which will be applied to your account. You will only receive the store credit if it is returned in the condition in which it was received: it must not have been worn, damaged, or washed. You will have 14 days from the day it left our facility to return it back for the store credit.
Return of Undergarments, Health and Beauty Products

Customer assumed all shipping costs on all exchanges and returns. We recommend that you properly pack items and insure them so that they cannot be damaged during transit. It is your responsibility that it returns to our facility and is not damaged. Be sure to have the authorization number on the outside of the package, as well as inside.
