Playful Flower Suspender Skirt

This is a skirt with adjustable suspenders. You can criss-cross them in the back, take them off, or wear them as you wish. This skirt fits on your natural waistline. It has two layers. The top layer is of thin black fabric with ivory flowers and a tinge of purple on the edge. Makes for a feminine, yet very playful feel.
